The Brief
Create an editorial-style email that moves beyond price-led travel marketing, positioning Acro Suites as a design-led wellbeing retreat rather than a typical short-haul offer. The aim was to balance clarity of the stay with a more considered, brand-first approach.
The Approach
Focused on stillness, space, and materiality, letting the imagery and pacing do the work. Introduced a circular motif to structure the content, creating a softer, more immersive flow compared to traditional grid layouts.
Typography was kept restrained and refined, with a calm rhythm throughout that mirrored the resort's experience. The content was edited down to feel more like a curated feature than a sales email, shifting attention from price to atmosphere.
The Outcome
Delivered a more premium, editorial-led piece that stands apart from conventional travel emails. The design prioritises mood, pacing, and visual storytelling, creating a more immersive experience that encourages engagement without relying on heavy promotional messaging.
It reinforces a more considered direction for travel marketing, where the destination leads and the offer follows.
