The Approach
The focus was on building a simple, repeatable character system that could evolve across multiple variations. A consistent base structure allows each bear to feel part of the same world, while colour, detail, and expression define individual personalities.

Rather than overcomplicating the forms, the strength comes from clarity and contrast. Each character is designed to be instantly recognisable, whether viewed individually or as part of a wider set.
